FINAL REFLECTIONS

The apprenticeship during the semester was for both satisfactorily, getting in touch with materials that will be of great aid in future endeavors is helpful. Learning how to create a good and effective mini-lesson plan will be advantageous when we deal with lessons as future English teachers. As well, we learnt to be more tolerant at the time of constructive comments from our classmates; using the good and the bad made us better persons. Spending time during this semester with our classmates and teachers were of great learning; learning from them, as always is a great privilege. Moreover, learning to use and adapt technology for our lessons and demonstrations were of great challenge but enjoyable at the same time. Grasping the most important tips, words and love for teaching from the teachers made easier the interaction with us. Learning how to take the best part of everything made us love much more the idea and the fact that to become a teacher is not an easy job. The subject, overall was given at its fullest by the teacher, we cultured what was necessarily and significant and for that we will always be thankful for having so dedicated teachers.

INTERVIEW

In this link we share our interview that we did to the teacher of Bachilleres 2 in order to be able to do our mini-lesson plan and to know what are some of the strategies that teachers use in the  speaking skill, she shared with us what are the activities that have worked best for her to develop the speaking skill in her students and some recommendations that we have to take into account when doing activities.
